Yurtsforlife yurts featured in BBC property programme
We were invited to take part in a BBC TV programme to be shown in Spring next year. A young couple are keen to set up a "glamping" site and to populate it with a small yurt village in forest surroundings. First they checked out one of our regular fully-furnished hire yurts and asked lots of questions about yurt making and quality. They were also invited to put up an 18 foot yurt with a little help from Rod.
To finish a happy day's filming, Tim showed them how to burn the holes in the wheel using our "dragon" (so called because it flames and roars as it burns through the wheel). This was great fun and even the camera crew burnt a hole each too. We will put more details and pictures on the site when the programme has been scheduled. We had a great day with this couple and we wish them every success with their plans for the future.
